Can the agent give an incorrect price or delivery time?
Amounts, lead times and links in each reply are compared with reference data (its search results, your settings, your FAQ). A reply that fails this check is not sent: it remains as a draft in the log and the conversation is transferred to your team.
What happens when I reply myself?
The agent pauses on that conversation for the duration you set. You can take over or hand the conversation back at any time.
Which channels are supported?
